I tore my rotator cuff. It was originally diagnosed as impingement syndrome, but I do not believe it is this because it has been 3 months with little improvement. I am 19 years of age and have not had the chance to build for myself. With this said, I have no insurance. I have medi-caid but it does not seem promising because the Doc says, “These things take time for medi-caid to approve.” I am waiting to have surgery through medi-caid, but like I said, it simply does not seem promising.
I can not work unless I want to constantly be in pain. I can not pursue an education because to lift my arm high enough to write causes a great pain within 15-30 minutes. The same goes for trying to type (luckily I am on a laptop right now
). I am a bum and not at all by choice. I have immense goals and simply can not pursue them. What should I do to resolve this condition? What can I do to get surgery?
I live in bankrupt CA. I think this is why the med-caid approval would either take a long while or not happen at all.
Thank you so much in advance for your answer.

My favorite kind of situation. You get to choose between suffering for ever and using this,
