My son needs meniscus surgery but has no insurance and is laid off, we live Metro Detroit.?



Does anyone know of any help he can get before he can not walk?

    You can try to apply for state medical aid. but that will take months. Why don’t you worry about his health first, THEN worry about paying? Don’t put money ahead of his well being.

    State aid basically means the taxpayer pays for the fact that you didn’t bother to insure your son. Seems rather scandalous to me.
